I bought two sky+boxes from ebay.one with a card and the other without.I bought a new viewing card from sky,for the one without.Got it activated by sky ,only trouble with that I can watch all the programs,but you cannot record or pause.That is what sky told me,unless the box is registered to you you are out of luck no record or pause
and the one I bought with the card will continue to work OK until they switch off the card.I spoke at length with sky and they advised me not to buy any cards or boxes through the internet
